This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for Metoara services and products.
1. Service Projects
For fixed-scope service projects, once work has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a project is cancelled after kickoff, we will invoice for work completed to date; any unearned advance will be refunded.
2. Digital Products
Digital products (templates, themes, downloadable assets) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, given their nature.
3. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
4. Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, log in to your account or email hello@metoara.in. Service will continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payments made in error will be refunded in full.
- Payments processed for services never delivered will be refunded.
- Refunds where mutually agreed in writing before work begins.
No refund is provided after work starts unless explicitly agreed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
